We discovered using this as a replacement to wheat flour not only provides more flavor, but a range of health benefits as chickpea flour is made entirely from chickpeas. Packed with protein and fiber, using this flour in your baking allows for a wholesome and healthy way to enjoy your favorite snacks.

About Chickpea Flour

If you’ve never worked with Chickpea flour before it can seem daunting to start for it’s differencing qualities to wheat. However, it’s actually quite easy to use as replacement. Naturally dense with a stickier texture when added to liquids, chickpea flour acts as it’s own binder when baking.

Dipping: In this recipe we use a southwest ranch dip which is perfect for veggies. If you’re a condiment lover, try regular ranch, ketchup, honey mustard, or your favorite sauce.
