The temptation to eat cookie dough is a hard one to resist. That delicious raw dough contains uncooked eggs and flour; both of which have the potential to cause food poisoning. With our edible cookie dough recipe you can enjoy as much as you want without any of the risk. It’s made without eggs, and uses coconut and almond flour in place of wheat. Unlike wheat flour, coconut and almond flour are 100% safe to eat raw.

Our coconut flour is the perfect flour to use for this edible cookie dough recipe. Made from 100 percent coconut dried at a low temperature and ground into a soft fine powder, it is completely safe to eat.  Coconut Flour has a lower glycemic index than wheat flour and is rich in fiber which helps regulate blood sugar levels

Get creative and make this recipe your own! Try using dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate, or add nuts instead. Use a different extract like almond, or even add in cocoa powder.

We recommend using a richer, higher quality butter for this recipe as it does make a difference in the taste.
