Simple and easy to make, this quiche recipe is gluten free and packed with veggies.
Ingredients:
4-5 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
3-4 green onion stalks, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup cheese of your choice
1/2 package of cooked bacon, chopped
1 gluten-free pie crust (we recommend our chickpea pie crust!)
Directions:
1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2) In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and cream. Mix in cut up veggies, cheese and meat. Pour into your pie crust and bake for 45-55 minutes.

Have fun with this recipe by mixing up the add-ins! Any veggies, cheeses and meats that your heart desires will work great with this simple recipe.

You’ll know when the quiche is done when the middle doesn’t jiggle or seem liquidy.

If you’re worried about the crust burning, cover your quiche with aluminum foil before baking, and uncover during the last 5-10 minutes!
