USE AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR WHEAT FLOUR
Lupin flour may seem similar to other gluten free flours, but it neither tastes or acts like it when baking. Because it’s made entirely from lupin beans, this flour tends to have a bitter taste if not properly combined with other flavors (or sweeteners) or if used in large amounts.
It tends to bake much quicker than wheat flour, and will darken, so reduce temperatures or watch cooking times.
